With a casement window, the sash moves towards the exterior of the building. Indoors, there is no need to reserve the area normally occupied by an inward-opening window. This makes a difference near desks, worktops or in compact rooms. Depending on the configuration, the window can be side-hung or top-hung. The operating mechanism should be selected with access, ventilation and maintenance requirements in mind.

MB-86 Casement uses thermally broken profiles and dedicated sealing gaskets. The choice of glazing and the quality of installation complete the construction.
